What you buy
You buy access for a fixed term. The terms on sale are 3 months (90 days), 6 months (180 days), and 12 months (365 days). The price is taken at checkout. There is no automatic renewal and no subscription charge. When the term ends, access stops until you buy again.
One account can hold up to the device limit of the package. Each device has its own config. You create and delete devices in the panel.
Acceptable use
The tunnel is for your own lawful traffic. Fraud, phishing, malware, sexual abuse of children, and other serious illegal acts are forbidden. Do not attack other systems, send spam, or resell access in a way that harms the network.
A device that breaks these rules can be disconnected. Volume alone does not disconnect a device. A device or an account that crosses the published daily or monthly byte threshold can be slowed down.
Payment and withdrawal
Checkout asks for a billing address and for a waiver so the service can start before a withdrawal period would end. That waiver is stored on the order. What that waiver means legally depends on {{TODO: Rechtsordnung}}, which is not set.
Refunds follow the refund page. The refund period is {{TODO: Erstattungsfrist}}.
Liability
The service is a shared connection. Speed depends on the server, the route, and your own network. Nobody can promise that every filtered network will let the tunnel through.
